Learn about the details of the Evans Churchill North Substation that will feature eight murals on the public facing utility substation located on Roosevelt St. between 6th & 7th Streets in downtown Phoenix. The goal of the project is to celebrate the arts and vitality of the Roosevelt Row Arts District and the Evans Churchill Neighborhood, along with the artist community’s contribution to the unique spirit of the area.
Artists will be selected by a jury panel composed of members representing the Roosevelt Row Arts District and Evans Churchill Neighborhood. The primary criteria considerations will be the applicant’s existing portfolio and their personal connection to the neighborhood and arts district.
