Artist Articipant Registration

All working artists are invited to register as an Artlink Articipant. All levels include a listing in the Artlink Articipant Directory.

All Access Artist

All Access is intended for active, working visual and performing artists who contribute to the arts experience in Phoenix.

This 12-month program provides a turnkey option for engagement and includes the following benefits:

  • An account on Phoenix Urban Guide, a powerful database of information that allows Articipants to upload an artist statement, bio, images and accomplishments and links to social media and website. This information is then reflected on the following pages of Artlinkphx.org:
    • Artlink Articipant Directory
    • Artist Happenings page – a webpage that promotes recent artist activity as provided by the artists themselves. This page is closely monitored by Artlink admins, who will promote this page on Artlink social media networks.
  • Eligible to apply to the Artlink Juried Exhibition and TAFF Grants (Fees waived)
  • Eligible to apply to Artlink calls to artists and pop-up exhibitions (Fees waived)
  • Two (2) tickets to the Art d’Core Gala on March 14, 2019
  • Invitation to Articipant-only events
  • Subscription to The ArtBoard Articipant newsletter (twice monthly)
  • Subscription to Artlink’s Linkletter newsletter (twice monthly)
  • Invitation to Artlink’s Mixed Media Happy Hour events
  • Promotion through Artlink social media
  • Other promotional opportunities throughout the year

Fee: $60 for a 12-month term | $24 for students (with student ID)


All Access Artist Studio

All Access Artist Studio is intended for active, working visual and performing artists who contribute to the arts experience in Phoenix AND have a working studio in the downtown/central Phoenix area (as seen on this map and identified as open to the public). Open studios in this area will be depicted by a dot on the official First Friday map, Art Detour map and on PhoenixUrbanGuide.com.

This 12-month program provides a turnkey option for engagement and includes the following benefits:

  • ALL benefits listed in the All Access level above
  • Studio inclusion in the Artist Studio Tour Series.

NOTE: If you represent a studio with more than one artist and host public exhibitions, register as an ARTS VENUE.

Fee: $60 for a 12-month term | $24 for students (with student ID)


A la Carte Artist

A la Carte is intended for active, working visual and performing artists who contribute to the arts experience in Phoenix. This 12-month program provides a turnkey option for engagement and includes the following benefits:

  • Inclusion in the Artlink Articipant Directory
  • Invitation to Articipant-only events
  • Subscription to The ArtBoard Articipant newsletter (twice monthly)
  • Subscription to Artlink’s Linkletter newsletter (twice monthly)
  • Invitation to Artlink’s Mixed Media Happy Hour events

Fee: No annual registration fee, but fees for artist calls (including TAFF), Gala tickets, and other opportunities apply.

There are THREE (3) steps to this process:

#1 – Fill out the registration form below and click the blue SUBMIT button when completed.

#2 – Send your photos to info@artlinkphx.org. Details below.

#3 – Make your payment through the PayPal link below (not applicable for A la Carte Artist level).

Submit two (2) photos: (these images may be used in public promotions)

  • One that represents your work (example: your artwork or performance)

  • One that best represents you in your workspace, showcasing you creativity (example: show yourself painting, dancing, installing an exhibition, cooking, mingling with patrons).

Email photos or send a file download link (ex: Dropbox) to info@artlinkphx.org. Note: By providing photos you are granting permission to Artlink Inc. to use your image for promotion purposes.
