Artist Articipant Registration

All working artists are invited to register as an Articipant, with all Articipation levels including a listing in the Artlink Artist Directory.

All Access| $60 annual fee

This turnkey option for visual and performing artists includes Articipant benefits includes:

  • An account on Phoenix Urban Guide, a powerful database of information that allows Articipants to upload an artist statement, bio, images and accomplishments and links to social media and website. This information is then reflected on the following pages of
    • Artlink Articipant Directory – your featured image can be changed at any time
    • Artist Activity page – a NEW webpage that promotes recent artist activity as provided by the artists themselves. This page is closely monitored by Artlink admins, who will promote this activity on Artlink social media networks.
  • Eligible to apply to the Artlink Annual Juried Exhibition (Fees waived)
  • Eligible to apply to Artlink calls to artists and pop-up exhibitions (Fees waived)
  • Two (2) tickets to the Art d’Core Gala
  • Invitation to Articipant-only networking events
  • Subscription to The ArtBoard Articipant newsletter (twice monthly)
  • Promotion through Artlink social media
  • Other promotional opportunities throughout the year

Artist Studio| $60 annual fee

For artists with studios in the downtown/central Phoenix area (as seen on this map and identified as open to the public). Open studios in this area will be depicted by a dot on the official First Friday map, Art Detour map and on This also includes the benefits provided in the All Access level above.

A la Carte | no annual fee

NEW option for artists who want to be included in the Artlink Artist Directory, a showcase of all artists that will be actively promoted to businesses and the public. (No annual registration fee. Fees for optional calls, Gala tickets and other opportunities apply.)

Artist Articipant Registration

NOTE: There are THREE (3) steps to this process. Please remember to submit below: (1) your registration form, (2) your photos, and (3) your payment.

Submit two (2) photos:

  • One that represents you as an Articipant (example: your studio, gallery, artwork, place of business, etc.)

  • One that best represents you at work, showcasing you creativity (example: show yourself painting, dancing, installing an exhibition, cooking, mingling with patrons). THESE IMAGES WILL BE USED TO PROMOTE ARTICIPANTS WHO REGISTER FOR ART DETOUR 30.
