Anyone interested in volunteering or learning more about Art Detour 24 is welcome to attend an open house at the Phoenix Center for the Arts, 1202 N. 3rd St., Phoenix, AZ 85004, on Sunday, January 29, starting at 1 pm. Artlink representatives will be on hand to describe the various programming elements of this year’s Art Detour 24, provide information, and answer questions. Refreshments will be served.

Art Detour 24 will take place on Saturday, March 17 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, March 18 from Noon to 6 p.m. It will feature self-guided tours of art galleries, studios, and other venues, as well as performances and activities. Highlights include a Kids’ Detour comprised of family-friendly activities, and a “Public Hanging” that allows people from the community to submit artwork to be displayed at the A.E. England Gallery. The Arizona Center will serve as the “first stop” for Art Detour 24, with free parking, gallery and tour maps, and a variety of on-site festival activities, including music, performances, and restaurant discounts.
