Arts Venue Articipant Registration

The Arts Venue category is intended for venues in the downtown/Central Phoenix area (as seen on this map) that regularly exhibit artwork, including (1) art galleries, (2) alternative art spaces, (3) collectives/group studios, (4) performing arts venues, (4) museums, and (5) other cultural venues with regular changing exhibitions of artwork.

Arts Venue Articipant Benefits| (fees vary, please refer to registration form)

This 12-month program includes:

  • An account on Phoenix Urban Guide (PUG), which allows Articipants to upload contact information, hours of operation and events. This information is then reflected on the following pages of Artlinkphx.org:
    • Artlink Articipant Directory
    • Event Calendar – a popular calendar that promotes the events you have scheduled any day of the week.  This page is closely monitored by Artlink admins, who will promote this activity on Artlink social media networks.
    • PUG map – the official online First Fridays, Third Fridays and Art Detour map
  • Location will be identified on the printed Artlink First and Third Fridays map (8K+ printed annually), which be promoted throughout the year by Artlink and community partners (if venue is identified as open to the public on these days)
  • Location will be identified on the printed on the Art Detour 30 map (5K printed)
  • Two (2) tickets to the Art d’Core Gala on March 15, 2018.
  • Invitation to Articipant networking events
  • Subscription to The ArtBoard Articipant newsletter (twice monthly)
  • Promotion through Artlink social media
  • Inclusion of First/Third Fridays/Art Detour exhibitions in the Artlink trolley tour script
  • Eligible to partner with Artlink on your calls to artists for your space
  • Eligible to partner with Artlink as a host for a future pop-up exhibition
  • Other promotional opportunities throughout the year

Arts Venue Articipant Registration

NOTE: There are THREE (3) steps to this process. Please remember to submit below: (1) your registration form, (2) your photos, and (3) your payment.

Submit two (2) photos:

  • One that represents you as an Articipant (example: your studio, gallery, artwork, place of business, etc.)

  • One that best represents you at work, showcasing you creativity (example: show yourself painting, dancing, installing an exhibition, cooking, mingling with patrons). THESE IMAGES WILL BE USED TO PROMOTE ARTICIPANTS WHO REGISTER FOR ART DETOUR 30.

Email photos or send a file download link (ex: Dropbox) to info@artlinkphx.org. Note: By providing photos you are granting permission to Artlink Inc. to use your image for promotion purposes.
